On October 31, the Hon. Patty Hajdu (Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour) joined Director Sarah Kaplan for a fireside chat with Rotman students. During this talk, Minister Hajdu explained the latest pay equity legislation put forward by the Canadian government, as well as other initiatives needed to close the gender wage gap.
