Cindy Luo serves as the Strategic Communications Specialist at GATE. She is also the Research Officer at the Behavioural Economics in Action at Rotman (BEAR) Research Centre. At GATE, Cindy leverages her expertise in brand strategy and digital communications to support the centre’s integrated communication strategies, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across platforms. At BEAR, she fosters strategic research collaborations, manages communication strategies, and oversees events and research initiatives.
